The Party

Our reunion is THIS weekend! The last few months have flown by and we're excited that our big party is finally here! We want to make sure everyone knows the plan for the day and what to expect. There have been a couple of changes to the details. First, there will not be a family picnic the day of the reunion. Unfortunately, we did not have enough interest, volunteers, or early funds to support this activity. We decided to spend our efforts and money to make sure the event that night would be great. We are sorry for any disappointment this may cause. However, there will still be a school tour and the party that night will be great! We hope you will all be able to make it!

School Tour
When: Saturday, June 28, 2014
Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Where: Meet at the front entrance of Norman North High School
Who: Anyone! This is a great chance to show off your school to your family or guests!

The Reunion
When: Saturday, June 28, 2014
Time: 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm (We have to have everything cleaned and out by midnight)
Where: The Hall at the Railhouse

Checking In
If you have bought your ticket via PayPal, you do not need to bring any physical ticket to the reunion. We have compiled a list of all those that have bought tickets and whether or not they have a guest. There will be a registration table when you come where you can check-in. Here you will also receive your name tag (because you might look totally different!) and a raffle ticket for each reunion ticket you bought. If you have not bought tickets (but PLEASE buy them beforehand!), there will be someone there to help you purchase them via PayPal, so you will need to bring a credit or debit card.

What to Expect

• Catering: Abbey Road Catering is providing the food for the event. They provide amazing cuisine for many Norman events and were almost completely booked way back last fall when we were looking into options. This stuff is going to be good, y'all!
• Music: Nexus Productions will be our DJ at the reunion providing some sweet jams from all our middle school and high school days. You will probably be surprised by the amount of lyrics that are still filed away somewhere in your brain just waiting to come out that night. Just make sure you bring your dancing shoes.
• Photos: There will be a beautiful photo backdrop with fun props set up to use and Liz Roberts Photography will be taking pictures for us. These pictures will be available on flickr for downloading after the reunion. Make sure you use #nn04reunites when sharing all your own photos from the night!
• Old Photos: Though we did not receive enough photos to compile a slideshow for the night, we will be displaying a lot of really good ones that we did receive. Thanks to all those who shared their old, embarrassing pictures!
• Prizes: Many local restaurants and businesses have been generous enough to donate gift cards and prizes to our reunion. With the purchase of each reunion ticket, you will receive a raffle ticket when you arrive. Tickets will be drawn and announced throughout the night to win these awesome prizes. However, you need to be present in order to win. We want to give these prizes away that night so make sure you're there so you can win!

In case you needed a reason to come to the reunion besides the amazing food and the opportunity to catch up with old friends, here it is. We've been busy talking with lots of local Norman businesses who want to help make our night special. Several of our favorite places have donated some really great prizes that will be given away during the reunion, including a $50 gift card to Charleston's! Catering

Have you ever heard of Abbey Road Catering? They are one of Norman's best caterers and provide some of the best menus for weddings and events around Norman all the time. And they're catering OUR reunion! They have been so fun to work with and and we are excited to see what they cook up for our event.
